Picha Aircraft Radio Service began in 1955 and as its name implies it started as a full service avionics shop for aircraft equipment maintenance and upgrades.  This portion of the business was sold in 1988 so we could concentrate on the airport facities and their equipment maintenance.

Business continued to grow and as more NDB sites were added other opportunities presented themselves.  In 2001 we added our first AWOS and we have continued to add both types of sites as the years have gone by.  We now maintain facilities throughout Indiana and Ohio with a vision of expansion to provide airports with the best service possible for competative prices.
